As the pay-TV ecosystem constantly evolves towards digital delivery and consumption, traditional broadcasters are redefining their value proposition to consumers. Short-form content is becoming increasingly relevant in this context. Not just as promotional material for shows, but as standalone pieces of content that can be consumed and shared across social, mobile and traditional broadcast media. A E Networks Asia is looking for a dynamic and passionate Head of Creative Services to take our brands forward and create award-winning short form content.
You are a senior executive with the creative chops to inspire, lead, and oversee the creative efforts for A E brands across all platforms.
You will lead a team of creative producers to develop innovative & compelling short form content for both our brands and our client brands.
You are brimming with strategies and ideas that influence consumer behavior and increase viewership, while building digital and linear brand stickiness.
You will work closely with the digital strategy, marketing, advertising sales, partnerships and distribution teams to firmly drive brand equity, develop brand partnerships, and build exciting opportunities for new revenue.
You will lead ideation for sponsor pitches, integration and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Build a creative culture and foster an open, confident, and collaborative team environment to excite innovative ideas, encouraging greater creative expressions and ownership among producers, editors, and designers.
• Develop & communicate content pipeline with a six-month lead time
• Deliver innovative creative executions across linear & digital platforms that increase our brands and our client brands' relevance and equity.
• Develop best production practices to enhance operational processes.
• Grow and develop all talent in creative services to keep pace with growing challenges and department objectives.
• Update key stakeholders on creative trends in industry to exploit the latest opportunities, technology, and developments for more effective and ground-breaking responses.
Qualification Requirements
• 10 years' experience in creative production work with a regional experience overseeing multiple brands.
• Strong scripting, visual, and production skills. Strong award-winning portfolio.
• Proven experience leading and managing creative teams in a senior capacity.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
• Articulate in creative presentations to stakeholders and clients.
• Extensive industry contacts with creatives, production houses, and talents.
