HRIS Administrator (Temp)

• Maintain and update HRIS with new hire information, employee information changes (e.g., salary, job title, name and address, etc.), and training information.
• Maintain system and user security
• Identify and reconcile discrepancies between system and control documents (New Hire Data Form, Personnel Authorization Form, FSA and LTD forms, Benefit Enrollment forms
• Responsible for creating and generating standard and ad hoc HRIS reports
• Responsible for submitting payroll with personnel authorization forms, tax forms and other pertinent documentation for bi-weekly payroll cycle. Work with Payroll department to identify and resolve data discrepancies
Organizational Charts
• Responsible for maintaining and updating all organizational charts with information processed through HRIS. Updated charts should be distributed on a quarterly basis
Administrative Support
• Provide administrative support to VP, Human Resources
• Responsible for maintaining employee files
• Complete verification of employment requests
• Other projects as assigned
