Executive Producer, Reality Programming - Lifetime

Responsible for managing current reality series and for developing and producing new series and specials for Lifetime.
Work closely with outside production companies and agents, take pitch meetings, contribute to new program development across Lifetime's entire schedule, as well as coordinate production milestones with scheduling, publicity, ad sales, and production. Supervise all facets of production and development including show format, casting, schedules, budgets, rough cuts, fine cuts and delivery of masters. Responsible for actively participating in all team brainstorms and weekly development meetings; also responsible for self-generating ideas and monitoring pop culture trends across all platforms. Qualification Requirements Strong relationships with agents, producers, showrunners and editors.
Must have strong knowledge of writing, producing, editing, field production and story-telling.
Must be a creative thinker who can advocate for ideas.
Must have very strong communicative and organizational skills. Field production, particularly show running experience, is a plus.
5-7 years' experience as a development or production executive at a network or production company.
Must be able to work cooperatively with all Network departments. Must be skilled at time management, organization, meet deadlines and anticipate problems before they occur.
