Coordinator, Prog Scheduling (Temporary)
Summary:
Coordinator to SVP Programming Planning & Acquisitions spanning 2 networks, LMN and FYI. This position will provide daily support and coordination. Key tasks include management of calendar, phone, travel and expenditures, the creation and maintenance of PowerPoint, Word and Excel reports and other ad hoc projects.
Required Experience:
Responsibilities
• Management of daily phone and calendar
• Ability to create presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
• Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings
• Process E-time and approvals for VP's direct reports
• Process T&E Expense Reports
• Coordinate Domestic and International Travel
• Work and approve departmental invoices in Aspen 360°
• Assist with updating and distribution of various reports and
documents
• Maintain department calendar for all team members
• Provide occasional administrative support to the rest of the
programming and scheduling team
Required Education:
College degree. Microsoft Word,Excel & Powerpoint.
1-2 years in television, cable or broadcast is desired
