Full Time Job
Provide administrative support to Digital Sr Management team to keep them organized and operating at optimum efficiency.
Primary duties:
• Manage the schedule of three Digital executives; provide administrative support including phones, travel coordination, expense reports, etc.
• Coordinate internal, cross-departmental and external meetings for department.
• Project management as needed for events, etc.
• Assist with department activities and meetings
• Special projects
Qualification Requirements 1-3 years administrative experience, preferably within a Creative/Digital environment. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Excellent communication & organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize. Must be detail oriented, able to work under pressure, juggle large volume of requests and meet tight deadlines. Ability to interface with various levels of management and work collaboratively as part of a team.
Educational Requirements BA or BS degree, preferably in Communications/Digital Other Skills and Knowledge Please note project assignment associates are engaged to provide service to A E Networks on a temporary basis in connection with a specific project. Project assignment associates are hired and employed through a third party vendor with a duration/tenure of no longer than twelve (12) months. Company Overview:
