Full Time Job
The Analyst will take on a higher level role handling all aspects of inventory management in order to maximize Ad Sales revenue.
1. Inventory Management/Deal Approval Module
• Ownership of Deal Approval module in Gabriel which will allow for better inventory management thus maximizing revenue. Analyst will approve all inventory changes made in Gabriel by planners and SSRs including unit moves, deletions, adu additions, resolutions of preemptions, makegoods and rejections
2. Weekly/Quarterly Schedule Changes
• Maintain selling title schedule in Gabriel as well as make decisions on how to price programs based on advertiser demand.
3. Upfront Rate Card/Quarterly Ratecard Set-Up
• The Analyst will handle schedule changes on a daily/weekly basis. As part of this process the analyst must make decisions on how to price programs affected by the change. They must evaluate whether the show replacement should maintain the time period pricing, comparable show pricing or come up with entirely different pricing based on demand for the program
4. Analyses and Reporting
• Prepare various reports regarding estimates and pricing. Analyze estimates provided from Research to see if they make sense given recent audience delivery.
Qualification Requirements One to two years of experience in Ad Sales at a cable network as a sales assistant or analyst or one to two years of experience in a media group at an advertising agency.
Experience in an Inventory/Pricing group at a cable network.
Educational Requirements College Graduate Other Skills and Knowledge Excel and MS Word Company Overview:
