7ate9 Entertainment is looking for an exceptional Executive-in-Charge of production to handle all aspects of the company's long-form and short-form television and digital productions. The position will oversee multiple productions, work with clients, and manage in-house and freelance staff. The position requires an understanding of the broad spectrum of production including budgeting, crewing, live-action, post, visual effects, and animation. The ideal candidate will have a long track record for delivering high-quality long and short-form content, have strong relationships with networks and brands, and experience overseeing an innovative growing company and diverse creative staff.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee all projects in development and production for reality and scripted content.
• Oversee manage the company.
• Lead internal teams and oversee 3rd parties.
• Meet with clients and creative executives as the most senior production executive at the company.
• Acts as the business liaison between clients and our creative teams.
• Create and analyze budgets and cost reports.
• Cultivate a positive, engaging, and balanced work environment.
• Bring industry relationships and maximize existing company relationships to create new opportunities.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 5 years of experience as a Producer or the equivalent.
• Experience with short and long-form production.
• Hands-on live-action production and animation experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and with great attention to detail.
• Be an effective leader with excellent organizational skills.
• Able to handle multiple projects at once.
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office and MAC OS.
• Must be local to Los Angeles and willing to work onsite at our West Hollywood location.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Live action production experience.
• Animation production experience.
• Driven, self-motivated
• Innovative.
• Experience with a delivery of programs and assets to studios.
• Experience with a variety of digital media workflows and production.
• Even-tempered, collaborative, problem-solving ability.
• Self-starter; able to thoughtfully progress projects autonomously as well as be a team player.
• Develop new project leads through new and existing relationships.
• Able to work under tight schedules.
