As Executive Assistant to the Partners and Owners at 72andSunny, you will be
coordinating, facilitating and, at times, leading the Partners in all of their dealings with
clients, vendors, partner companies, and internal staff. Your job is to help the Partners
plan and distribute their time according to the many company priorities. The time
demands can sometimes be challenging so to do this job well, you need keen social
skills, good judgment, strong attention to detail, and a pro-active work style. Given
the high-level client contact, the position also requires skill as an ambassador and
professional representative of 72andSunny. If you like multi-tasking and solving daily

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Carefully and effectively manage Partner schedules with internal and external staff,
manage any scheduling conflicts and determine priority
• Ensure that Partners make scheduled meetings and calls
• Arrange necessary travel, hotel accommodations and itineraries, domestic and
international
• Compiling expense reports and keeping track of subsequent reimbursements
• Complete weekly timesheets for Partners based on individual schedules
• Screen and respond to all incoming calls
• Meeting planning and facilitating, and occasional function or party planning
• Collect, track and maintain contact lists for vendors, clients, prospects, etc.
• Maintain good client relations on behalf of the Partners
• Pro-active in anticipating the needs of Partners
Back-Up Administrative Responsibilities:
• Occasionally fill in for other admin staff if needed
• Occasional office maintenance and meeting set up and clean up assistance
• Coordination for social events and staff meetings
Qualifications
/Skills:
• Minimum 3 years of related experience required
• Possess superior organizational skills, sound judgment, tact, and discretion
• Works independently of Partners on routine office and administrative matters
• Must be in the office from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with the potential for late
evenings
• Must have the ability to work well and calm under pressure and time constraints
• Communicate effectively and tactfully with people on all levels, with a positive
attitude
• Possess the ability to pay close attention to detail and instructions
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks with a calm, clear head
• Mac proficient and experienced with daily Mac applications
• Bring a fun, positive attitude and a productive personality that enjoys being part
of a team
