As the Business Affairs Coordinator, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Creation of Production Estimates in our accounting system
Issuing Purchase Orders to production vendors
Assisting with Production contract and insurance declarations for productions
Checking invoices against Purchase Orders and submitting to Finance
Following up with Finance on the status of vendor payments
Creating, organizing, and maintaining digital job jackets for all productions
Helping Producers/BA Managers with Talent contracts and handling
Assisting in music, celebrity and content research for licensing
Assisting Business Affairs Managers with network clearance and feedback doc
Learning Talent union rules, regulations, and payment methods
Maintaining department roster, content licensing content and other Google docs
Scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms and assisting with set-ups
Attending shoots with BA Managers and providing support on sets
