The 5th Element Magazine is a growing hip hop fashion and lifestyle magazine in search of a Graphics Design Intern. If you are available 2-3 days a week and meet the qualifications below, we want to hear from you. Please send resume, cover letter and link to portfolio.
Responsibilities
Assist creative team on various projects including brand identity design, web design, video animations and graphics; other projects as needed
Create print ready documents
Creative project concept exploration
Qualifications
A strong background in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash and front-end developing skills using CSS and HTML
Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut skills a plus
Great communication, organizational and project management skills
Have a good understanding of digital media and interactive design
Self-motivated and takes initiative
Must be able to provide own laptop and design tools to qualify for this internship
Junior or senior student studying Graphic Design or related field; recent graduate |
