5B Artist Management is a leading music management company with offices in Venice, CA and Brooklyn, NY. In addition to management 5B produces festivals and is launching a record label and through a new creative merger, now includes a fully integrated film/TV division led by proven producers.
We are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant with knowledge and passion in both music and film. Seeking motivated self-starter with a passion to advance in the entertainment. Applicants should have an undergraduate degree from a 4-year university and a minimum of 1-year experience preferably in the entertainment industry. Skills required: MAC/PC proficiency, multitasking, excellent communication, professional demeanor, problem solving, organization and attention to detail. Love of ''pop-culture'' a must, Comic-Con and SXSW are our favorite times of year. Job requirements: phone, scheduling appointments and maintaining master calendar, updating contacts database, light accounting, organizing and filing, supervising interns and opening and closing the facilities.
