5B Artist Management is a thriving global independent management firm with offices in Los Angeles, New York City and London. The company is on a path of expansion and has recently entered the film, music festival and digital agency space. The digital agency, Greyscale Media, is a full service agency created to service a variety of lifestyle brands.
We are seeking a Manager Content & Marketing Strategist (full-time) to join our agency team, based out of Los Angeles.
Ideal candidate is interested in providing digital marketing services to brands, artists, companies, movies, festivals and other potential clients. They will focus on creating original Social Media & Editorial content for multiple brands, with a goal of growing the digital footprint of said brands. This position requires a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for designing and implementing a company's content strategy, creative relevant content for different platforms, community participation and leadership.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide digital marketing/operations strategy support & ideas.
- Demonstrate ability to map out marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics.
- Assist with communications to internal and external teams and business stakeholders.
- Produce and create content to be used on social media in an effort to grow social and website audiences for various brands.
- Identify daily trends, conversations, and content angles that can be circulated for potential social/website engagement.
- Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns of our clients/brands.
Required/Preferred Skills and Experience:
- At least 2 years of digital marketing or social media experience.
- Current knowledge of social networking and content platforms including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube.
- Early adopter of new digital platforms and trends, with fierce curiosity of ''What's Next?''
- Experience with content management systems preferred.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and campaigns at once. Must also maintain an ability to work quickly with multiple tasks and shift gears on a dime based on priority.
- Team player who is a self starter. Must have the ability to work alone, but also across long-term complex projects where taking initiative is a must.
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook).
- Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills a major plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or a similar field preferred, but not required.
