2 Degrees Ventures, a boutique marketing agency, in West Hollywood seeks a Concierge Coordinator. Recently featured in Fast Company, the company works with companies to generate buzz and organic brand evangelism among key influencers across a variety of industries.
Working on a world class technology client, you will be part of the team that manages their exclusive VIP Concierge Program. This role encompasses all aspects of customer service including managing relationships with VIP clients, scheduling appointments and follow ups, managing field representatives and their day to day schedules. We are looking for talented individuals who are positive, organized have a have a background in customer service.
Scheduling
• Manage day to day scheduling of team members in the field, including both initial and follow up appointments
• Monitor and respond to concierge email account
• Daily maintenance of outlook calendar to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Scheduling of all special event requirements
• Manage weekly reporting
Answering Phones
• Fielding calls from VIP customers to answer questions and provide support
• Extreme courtesy and patience
• Mild technical support
Inventory Management
• Monitor stock levels
• Manage inventory for events
Travel Coordination
• Purchasing airfare, hotels, and rental cars.
• Drafting itineraries and submitting expense reports
Skills
• Requires strong communication, organizational, decision-making and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to be detail-oriented while maintaining thorough follow-through.
• Ability to multi-task and to work well under pressure.
• Excellent customer service skills
• A clear and friendly telephone voice
• Good computer skills
• Good teamwork skills and the ability to work unsupervised
• A professional attitude when dealing with customers
Education and/or Experience
Prefer two years prior sales and customer service experience
Some higher education or vocational training
Proficient in Microsoft office
Knowledge of maintaining and scheduling of calendar and appointments
