Full Time Job
Provide administrative assistance and key organizational support such as:
-Manage phones.
-Manage Appointment calendars (includes scheduling of all internal and external appointments) and contacts.
-Travel & Entertainment Expense reporting.
-General office management (mail, shipping, facilities oversight, equipment, etc.)
-Travel arrangements (as needed).
Support for Sr. Vice President, Research
-Monitor and analyze on-air promotional strategies for all TCFTV programs on all networks.
-Create and maintain daily on-air promotion databases and reports.
-Learn to use TV research specific software programs including Nielsen's Galaxy Explorer and N-Power.
-Generate and update daily and weekly research trackings, including the daily national ratings.
-Analyze daily Nielsen ratings and help field ratings related research requests.
-Help recruit, train and manage interns.
-Help setup and attend focus groups.
-Maintenance of research materials and data.
Support for Vice President, Marketing
-Project management and execution of VP's consumer marketing plans. This can include but not be limited to:
-Managing deadlines to ensure projects are on-time.
-Asset collection and trafficking to fulfill marketing deals.
-Facilitation of client and partner communication, and approvals for all promotion elements.
-Post campaign summaries and analysis.
-Assembly, upkeep, shipping and tracking of marketing materials and show information.
-Oversight with outside vendors.
-Coordination between inter-department and interdivisional constituents.
-Coordination of deliverables between media and marketing partners (online, print and other alternative platforms), networks and show producers.
-Project billing.
-Create post-project summaries and collateral.
-Maintenance of marketing files, information and creative assets databases.
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year administrative experience
• Passionate about the Television/Television Business and Entertainment. High interest in the online space, social media and entertainment content that is presented on new technologies.
• Very detail oriented and organized.
• Good phone demeanor
• Strong computer skills. Fluency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Familiarity with HTML a plus.
• Good written and communications skills
