Full Time Job
Support the International Theatrical Department with facilitating and executing promotional campaigns; direct interaction with global clients; and daily interaction with Fox international offices.
Duties:
• Support with the execution of Global promotional campaigns (i.e., McDonalds, Nestle Cereals, Nokia, etc.)
• Manage A/P systems, New Vendor Requests, P.O.'s, budget charts, etc.for the department
• Process Expense Reports
• Coordinating event planning, conference schedules, pitch meetings during large conventions
• CES, Licensing Show, Promo Summit
• Scheduling and coordinating client pitch meetings/conferences (involves the coordination of a large group of people)
• Schedule day/place/time/drive-ons
• Ensure prep and A/V materials are in place
• Arranging for meals
• Coordinating transportation (if necessary)
• Manage creative requests: pull stills, product placement lists, distribution of creative materials, maintain promo partner website, maintain share drive
• Responsible for executing monthly outreach program to potential clients
• Email blasts, film updates, mailings, etc.
• On-going Wrap Reports and Promotions Summary presentations and case studies per title
• On-going Competitive Promotions Summaries (project along with Interns)
• On-going management of presentations, case studies and materials on share drive
• Partner and brand research for potential pitching
• Read scripts and brainstorm promotional ideas for films
• Generate promotional deliverables (poses, activity sheets, premiums, etc.) for certain film titles
Qualifications:
Requirements:
• University graduate
• MS PowerPoint proficient
Preferred:
• Foreign language, or international experience a plus.
