Receptionist for Boutique Beverly Hills Entertainment Law Firm
We are looking for a welcoming, engaging person to join our team in central Beverly Hills. This is a full-time, in office position, M-F 9am-6pm. This person will be the first impression of the firm, a friendly and outgoing personality is a must. Applications must include resume and cover letter detailing your interest in this specific position. Applications with no cover letter will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
-Welcome all guests and alert necessary parties
-Answer multi-line phones and transfer to correct party
-Set up for meetings and lunches
-Maintain/order office and kitchen supplies
-Assist administrative staff with various tasks
-Document copying and scanning
-Input various food orders and travel arrangements, as needed
-Receive and distribute mail and packages
-Cover admin desks in the case of absence
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma, College Degree Preferred
-Interest in the entertainment or legal industries preferred
-Pleasant, engaging demeanor
-Excellent Phone Skills
-Excellent verbal AND written communication skills
-Can-do Attitude
-Well Organized
-Team player
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize
-Ability to learn and use firm software
